A large part of a company based on franchise sales is making sure that all stores present the same consistent message through their in store and print materials. This includes the recruitment of employees. During my time at Papa Murphy’s I created an entire Employee Recruitment Kit to bring in new employees. This included a brochure, a vinyl window cling, an 8′ banner for the exterior of the store, a register topper, and a wall poster. Each one of these pieces shared the same message. The design was cohesive across all pieces. The theme of the kit was created to showcase the fresh, bold ingredients of Papa Murphy’s products. These kits were produced and made available for all franchisees to purchase from Papa Murphy’s corporate.
